authentication：An
authentication; is the placing of the consular seal
over the seal of a foreign authority, whose seal and
signature is on file with the American embassy or
consulate. A consular authentication in no way
attests to the authenticity of the contents of a
document,
but merely to the seal and signature of the issuing
authority.
All the original documents from
the United States must be authenticated, such as an
affidavit of support, evidence of occupation,
evidence of brand name, etc.
Individual
documents which must be authenticated：adoption
certificates, marital status, status, kindred, work
experience, Birth/Death certificate

Corporation
documents which must be authenticated:
business
licence, juridical person qualifications,
labor agreements,
evidence of assets,
a power of attorney, signature of contracts and
documents, etc.
