一項新排名顯示，紐約市的精英高中不僅是紐約市最好的高中，還跻身全美最好高中前100名之列。
據Patch報道，美國新聞與世界報道(U.S. News and World Report)最新發布的“最好高中”年度排名中，紐約市皇後區秋園小丘(Kew Gardens Hills)的湯森哈裏斯高中(Townsend Harris High School)位列第19名。
總體而言，紐約市有11所高中位列全美前100名：
